A conversation is not a contract until it is signed.

This site is a studio window. Enquiries, proposals, and paid work sit on different pans. These terms say what this window can and cannot bind — until a written agreement says otherwise.

Two hands

Same talk. Different bind.

Pencil is what people assume after a call. Ink is what we will actually stand behind.

01 · Scope

The window is not the engagement.

Browsing this site, sending a brief, or jumping on a call does not hire us. A written proposal both sides sign does. Until then, nothing on this page is a statement of work.

Pencil

We’ll just get started

  • A good call means the work has begun
  • Rankings and revenue are implied
  • Files are ours to reuse without asking
  • Anyone can pause whenever it feels right

We start on a signed page

  • Scope, fee, and dates live in the proposal
  • Outcomes are aimed at, not guaranteed
  • You own paid deliverables; we keep our methods
  • Either side can end on the notice the proposal names

On the desk

Three plates. One balance.

Tap a nameplate. Each one is a weight we actually put on the scale — not a clause we hide in eight-point type.

Take Digital Solutions runs this window.

We are the studio behind Build · Sell · Scale. These terms cover this website and enquiries sent through it. A signed proposal, statement of work, or contract sits above this page when the two disagree.

The site is offered as-is. We do not warrant that every page is complete, or that using it will produce a result. Related: Privacy.

If it is not on a signed page, it is not the engagement.

Scope, fees, and IP live in the proposal.

Scope. We perform the work described in writing. Change requests are a new pan — priced and dated before they start.

Fees. Invoices follow the proposal. Unpaid work may pause. This marketing site does not take payment and does not set a fee by itself.

Intellectual property. On paid invoices, you receive the deliverables named for that engagement. We retain our tools, methods, prior code, and the right to show the work as a case unless you ask us not to in writing.

No guarantee of rank or revenue. Search, ads, and marketplaces move. We aim the system; we do not promise a position or a multiple.

Liability. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss.

Either side can set the weight down.

End dates and notice live in the proposal. If none is named, either side may end an engagement with fourteen days’ written notice. You receive paid work to that date; we receive fees to that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement names another forum.
